Winter Primark Haul

Stripy Jumper £6 (on sale rack) woman's department, the other 2 jumpers from men's section as I wanted big jumpers and something the woman's section lacks all skimpy, or really thin flimsy tops, often shop in men's department. Disney Winnie Pyjamas, underwear, facial wipes 2 for £1, baby wipes 2 for £1, emoji top.

I had a bit of cheeky retail therapy, went with my carer so had woman's input which I liked. Being bargain person that I am was hunt for jumpers as my wardrobe lacks them, very much in need right now, and me being me got side tracked saw emoji top, I had to be purchased as it's the same emojis I use all the time when messaging my partner in particular, so it was funny and cute, had to be mine. After my nightwear being cut up when rushed to hospital only right to treat myself to new set, wanted batgirl pj's as I love batman, but they didn't have my size, sad face, so went with Winnie as I love bit of Winnie have teddy of him in my place, also have one at my mum's funny enough. You think Valentines round the corner sexy lingerie be in there er no went with comfy cute underwear, call me boring but whatever. The other things like the wipes tend to get from there often because of the price, however do get wipes from other places too. You might see the clothing in outfit of the day or me just posting on instagram follow me on here.

Have you been shopping recently, any bargains, drop me a comment and link to your blog post. As love being nosey and also looking at new and different blogs.

My Five Next Key Pieces For AW12 #NextGuestBlogger

Next is running a competition to win 3 outfits and also opportunity to guest post about your style picks on their Style Secrets Blog.

All you need to do for a chance of winning is to answer one of the following questions in the form of a post on your blog:

1. What are your five key pieces for the AW12 season and why?
2. Androgyny vs. Girly trend- what's your view?
3. What are your favourite catwalk - inspired pieces from Next?

I've chosen to answer question one. Looking through Next's collection selecting pieces, window shopping haha..

What are your five key pieces for the AW12 season and why?

Sketches done by me.

Step Back Cardigan (RRP £18)

This is always must in my wardrobe, good trusty cardigan to keep you warm. Good for laying, I always think  wrapping warm having a cuppa. Cardigan is like comfy walking blanket, comfort, however still being stylish with this, casual or smart, versatile item.

Oversized Sweater (RRP £35)
Animal print, lets have fun and add a statement, bringing instant jazz to an outfit. The great thing about prints like this, it hides our flaws, distracts you from our lumps and bumps. I think everyone should own one piece of animal print, or hint of it, vibrant fun piece. Oversized so even on our fat days or you know the time of the month we can still rock it.

Tights allows us to still wear shorts, skirts and dresses in the colder weather. Whether its to add pop of colour, pattern or just to keep your pins warm. No need to stop wearing your favourite garments with these bad boys.

Boots, study, fit for the weather. Keep your feet warm in good solid boots, but still adding element of edginess with the studs, tinge of grudge. Perfect to wear with variety of outfits.

Handbag handbag how I love you so. What's great about this bag you have two ways carrying it, long strap which for me I love, as I walk with a crutch it can be kind of annoying when the bag keeps slipping off my shoulder, and holding it by hand isn't always practical for me. So long strap is brillant for me, and if your uber stylish can just simply hold by hand. The great thing about this colour bag you can wear it with anything. Also can store all the junk and madness us ladies carry. Beautiful interior inside the bag which for me is bonus.

Those were my key pieces, hope you like the selection.

I shall keep my finger and toes cross, it be amazing to win.

Are any of these pieces, your key pieces this AW12?

Mallzee, Social Shopping.

I know you must be wondering what is this, you may of already heard about it in the blogging world, well I was super excited for one that a company actually contacted me, which is nice. When I was told about this concept it certainly intrigued me. Now onto what this website is actually about.

This is what they said:

'To add a new social aspect users can then invite their friends to ‘visit’ their Mallzee through the use of Facebook chat.  Friends can then discuss product choices and star items they think their friends will love and purchase from the mall themselves with great discounts negotiated by us. If your still unable to decided on a purchase you can also create polls to ask your friends opinions before you buy.  An added bonus to inviting friends to your mallzee is that as the ‘owner’ you earn money every time anyone buys from your Mallzee! (That's right you get paid when you or your friends shop?)
Currently we have over 200 brands signed up to Mallzee (Urban Outfitters, New Look, Feel Unique and St. Tropez to name a few).  We're really keen to get the word out about Mallzee and get future users excited about the concept before we launch later this year. With this in mind people can register now for a launch invite at Mallzee.com and if they spread the word on Facebook or Twitter we will also enter them into a prize for £100/$155 of shopping vouchers and some other goodies.'
Social shopping online, the website will be launching soon (in the next couple of months), sorry I cannot give the exact date as I do not know. But I am looking forward to when it's up and running, to have a nosey. Also   when you sign up, you be entered into competition, a chance to win £100/$155.

Here are Mallzee Links- website,  facebook,  twitter.

What do you think about it, tell me you're thoughts?

99p Store Shocked Me

Was in town, whilst getting things that was on my To Get List, thought I go in 99p store to buy some batteries, however I ended coming out of the store with a bag of goodies oops...

Currently on my nails- Sally Hansen, Rose Wine.

My eyes saw Hello Kitty, and you all know how I love it so. Couldn't resist buying a couple of things, would of been to rude to turn kitty down, no no no. Bought kids size cup, it's tiny but yes I do drink tea out of it, there was no adult size one, so that's that. A travel toothbrush which strangely my niece actually has and she's like 4, well what can I say I've never grown up and I don't attend to when it comes to Hello Kitty (it's all ages anyway). Notepad, sharpener & eraser that came in little pack, stationery is like candy to me, excites me to no end.

In the beauty section is where I bought the nail varnishes, Revlon Ruby Ribbon, Matte Suede (I notice bargains stores selling these items more these days). And Sally Hansen Rose Wine, which you can see above in the pic is what I am sporting now. Had to share it with you all, as I didn't know they even sold that kind of stuff with the Hello Kitty items- Bargain!!!!

Shopping - Let's Check It Out

Darker in real life

Liberty is one of those type of buildings that stands out in it's own, popped in checked out the beauty section, we couldn't resist.
The famous Carnaby Street. So Daisy and I wanted to check what is all the fuss about Monki, as it's all over YouTube girls have been raving about this place, and a bit in the Blogging world, so dragged Jo in with us not literally of course but you know got to create some story to this, any who went in, as neither of us have ever been nor gone to the concession in Selfridges. Sadly for me it didn't live up to the hype, perhaps it's just me, I know I don't always have the same taste as others, which is fine. However I still liked the store, and would go in if in the area again. I did buy a purse from there, £5.99 or £6.99 sorry I know it's one of those prices, which has become my regular one. Love the colour (comes in other colours to), material and it's affordable.

What's your thoughts on Monki? have you shopped there, if not would you like to?

Good Day Mate (Part One)

Jo and I met up for long over due catch up. Spot of shopping but mostly window shopping, took me to some cool shops, that I instantly fell in love with.

I want to buy food from here if I could. Blame Jo haha.

Yummy food, cooking lessons and cooking utensils.
Then it was time for lunch, belly rumbling the both of us. So food and cocktail it was. Both chatting away, as we quite similar in many ways, we discovered.

Where we ate.

Cocktail was quite a kick. Little snippet of the gorgeous Jo. My Aussie Wifey.

Shared dish.

Mmmm Dessert
Yes there is water, we still responsible adults. Just as I thought the day was done, received an Aussie Indoor BBQ invite by the lovely Jo at hers, so the fun continues in part two. Where I learn some Aussie slang words by Jo's flatmates, me trying to do the accent, which in it's self was funny if I do say so myself. So stay tuned.
To Be Continued.....
