Safa Indian Restaurant

Couple a weeks ago celebrated my sister's birthday, as you may of gathered I love food. Luckily this was before my flare ups and my night in A&E, however back to the dining post. The family and I decided to go to Indian Restaurant to celebrate her birthday, which was fab. I am not one for spicy spicy food, the taste, and also doesn't exactly agree with me if you get my drift. I was delighted with my Korma (I know how very British of me), rice, Bombay potatoes, and my favourite peshwari naan. The food was tasteful, wasn't greasy, they was attentive to your needs. My one gripe is the portions are on the small side, wish they was bigger, I notice when eating out it's either to little or to big of a portion (not always of course).

Drinks, also can see part of my Dad looking at the menu.

My cocktail Cosmopolitan

Chicken Korma, peshwari naan, rice, and Bombay potatoes.

Other dishes my family ordered.

Step mum tucking in her dessert

My dessert Fruit Parfait

Entrance/front of the restaurant

Place an order.

Dodgy angle I know, however it was hard to capture it all without
standing in the road, also was rushing - time to go home.
However I very much recommend this restaurant, so if you ever in South East London, check it out. I sure will be repeat customer.

Outfit Of The Day To Outfit Of The Night

Here is me, showing Loopy, the fun, humour side of me. If you ever wondered what is fashionable, this is it everybody, it's bang on trend, the colour. What else can I say but to watch. Sorry to say the outfit was a Christmas pressie couple years ago, however I am sure you can find them in many retail places, with different design to it though.
Enjoy.xx

Ps- Mean a lot if you could spread this blog post or vid. I won't go into detail what happened last night, as it's tough living with fibromyalgia, lets just say it was tough night. Resting today kinda minus blogging haha.

Good Day Mate (Part 2)

When Jo invited me around hers for Aussie Indoor BBQ, never did I imagine there be so much food cooked by her partner, who just so happens to be chef, lucky lady, flatmates who are also Australian, plus friends of theirs were there too, so I couldn't help myself in learning some Aussie slang and words they use in different ways from us Brits. Also me trying to do the accent, deary me Lucy....

Feast... Food Glorious Food

Massive Aussie Burger, can't tell by this picture.
Couldn't fit all the food into one picture, as there was more, however I was just to busy being overwhelmed by it all. Yes I ate the whole burger. After eating, chilled watched some Take Me Out together, it was fab. I felt welcomed, they are funny and it was nice vibe.

On my way home, listening to my music, headphones on, in my own little world, super tired at this point, as it's late. Erm some random guy starts chatting to me, trying to chat me up, needless to say he didn't get my number, however he was nice to chat to in friend way not in any other way, as I am taken, even if I wasn't, still be a no no. Told Jo about it, when I got home, had a giggle about it before retiring to the land of zzzzz.

Good Day Mate (Part One)

Jo and I met up for long over due catch up. Spot of shopping but mostly window shopping, took me to some cool shops, that I instantly fell in love with.

I want to buy food from here if I could. Blame Jo haha.

Yummy food, cooking lessons and cooking utensils.
Then it was time for lunch, belly rumbling the both of us. So food and cocktail it was. Both chatting away, as we quite similar in many ways, we discovered.

Where we ate.

Cocktail was quite a kick. Little snippet of the gorgeous Jo. My Aussie Wifey.

Shared dish.

Mmmm Dessert
Yes there is water, we still responsible adults. Just as I thought the day was done, received an Aussie Indoor BBQ invite by the lovely Jo at hers, so the fun continues in part two. Where I learn some Aussie slang words by Jo's flatmates, me trying to do the accent, which in it's self was funny if I do say so myself. So stay tuned.
To Be Continued.....
